PRACTICES
5-8th Graders
Mondays/Thursdays starting March 27th at Wildwood Catholic Academy – an occasion Sunday practice may be added as needed.
Specific evening practice times will be made available via Team Snap.


TOURNAMENTS
Teams play 3-4 games at most tournaments which are typically held on Saturdays and Sundays, some tournaments offer one-day and/or extended options.  Our tournament schedule will be updated ASAP but our plan is to have our season finished on or before June 30th, 2023.

Game times are available on tournament websites typically on Thursday afternoons, some tournaments are more punctual than others.  Please plan on being flexible as changes with game times and/or opponents occur with AAU.

One of our teams may enter in a different tournament as we see fit in an effort to provide the best available competition for all of our athletes.  We plan to participate in four tournaments at the 5th and 6th grade levels and five at the 7th and 8th grade levels.
Our tournament list will be made available ASAP via Team Snap.

Register for Team Snap where practice dates and times will be communicated/updated.

COSTS
5th thru 8th Grade Costs
Try-Out Fee                    $30
5th/6th Grade Participation Fee:        $375
7th/8th Grade Participation Fee:        $450 

There will be a $75 deduction in Participation Fees if you currently have a Tar Heels uniform.

Checks can be payable to Magic Sports, a Venmo options is available

What do you need to do now?

If you registered, participated in our Fall Tryouts and accepted a spot in our program, plan to attend our first practice on Monday March 27th as per Team Snap.

If you haven't yet registered, did not participate in Fall Tryouts and/or accepted a spot in our program please:

• Register and pay the Last Call Tryout fee online at www.tarheelsnj.com by March 15, 2023.

• Text your name and email to my cell if you need to be added you to Team Snap – all future communication will come from Team Snap.
